Promoting Organization

HTSPE is the outcome of the legal merger between HTS Development and its sister company, P-E International, which came into force on 1st May 2004. It brings together P-E International's 70 years of experience in public and private sector reform and trade development and HTS Development's 50 years in sustainable international development and environmental management. This combination of skills allows us to tackle the most challenging issues in development today - governance, sustainable economic growth and poverty reduction - and to do so in a wholly integrated way.
