of the legal merger between HTS Development and its
sister company, P-E International, which came into
force on 1st May 2004. It brings together P-E International's
70 years of experience in public and private sector
reform and trade development and HTS Development's
50 years in sustainable international development and
environmental management. This combination of skills

Otley College is a landbased College in Suffolk providing courses across the
range of agriculture, conservation, animal science, horse studies and more.
The College's Foodskills Centre is a designated Centre of Vocational Excellence
(CoVE), which serves as a centre for training to the food industry both on
the Otley campus and in the work place.
Students range in age from 14 to adult with courses available from one day
to full time and from foundation level to post graduate. This provision is
supported by a demonstration farm and wide range of workshops, ICT support
and laboratory provision.

The Agricultural Research Institute was established in 1962 as a cooperative
project between the Government of Cyprus and the United Nations Development
Fund. Since 1967 it constitutes one of the Departments of the Ministry of Agriculture,
Natural Resources and Environment. ARI undertakes applied and basic research
within the wider domain of plant and animal production. Its mission is to provide
high quality scientific research using methods that are financially, environmentally
and socially sustainable, to contribute to the solution of actual problems
and to introduce new technological methods and approaches in agricultural production.

KEOSOE constitutes the expression of the collective representation
of Greek Viticulturists at the highest levels. It is a third degree branch
cooperative organization which has as basic aims, through coordinating activities,
the protection of viniculturists’interests and the promotion of their
personal financial situation. Consequently, by definition, it constitutes
the highest representative organ of the vinicultural sector of the economy,
with 32 registered members, all second and first-degree cooperatives, dispersed
through Greece.
In relation to activities taking place in Greece, it participates in the Preparatory
Working Groups of the Ministry of Agriculture for all issues associated with
viniculture activities and makes direct proposal to the Minister of Agriculture
on strategical point concerning the Greek viniculture.
